Within Brighton and Hove, focusing on Brighton Aldridge Community Academy, we co-ordinate a number of projects and work with a number of partners to ensure that the Academy performs its role as a community asset. All of these projects are designed to help meet our outcomes, in raising aspirations and developing a stronger local society.
Loops
‘Loops’ is a youth and community development platform developed by an organisation called Participle. It was designed to grow community capacity and a sense of possibility and purpose in a neighbourhood through shared and surprising experiences. It was designed to focus on young people and communities wanting and getting more from each other, and better appreciating the existing strengths and personality of their own neighbourhood.

Art at Work
The Aldridge Foundation and Brighton & Hove City Council (BHCC) are working together to develop a sustainable programme of activity to improve engagement with Brighton’s valuable arts and creative industries sector through the Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (BACA).
