Georgie supports the project management and delivery of the Foundation’s programmes and creates engaging content to build the Foundation’s voice and reputation across social media and other communications channels. Since joining the Foundation in 2010, she has undertaken roles that have been key to ensuring the smooth running of the Foundation, including her most recent prior role as PA to the Chairman and Chief Executive. Georgie draws on skills developed through studying creative subjects (Art, Design and Fashion) and combines this with a strong methodical, detailed approach to successfully deliver initiatives.

For me, the best part of my role is seeing the transformation of the young people who participate in the programmes that we develop – not only are they acquiring skills that will prepare them for the world of work, but their self-belief and confidence in their own abilities grows too. Seeing a young person light up when talking about their experiences, or how they’ve been inspired to consider a different education or career path is very special.
