Earlier this month Sir Rod, Executive Director Shona Nichols and the Aldridge Institute‘s Donna Whitehead and Gurpreet Jagpal met to continue developing the strategy and manifesto for the Institute.
Focusing on how the Institute could deliver impact, they have agreed a number of activities to support the positioning of the Institute as the voice of enterprise and entrepreneurship education in the UK.
Over the coming months the Institute will be further developing its strategy document, outlining the challenges it is looking to overcome, the policy it will shape and the key stakeholders it will be influencing.
To support this the Institute will be kicking off a number of research projects that evaluate and measure the impact of:
- Embedding the Aldridge Attributes into teaching and learning;
- Enhancing the development of entrepreneurship through the delivery of Team Academy; and
- The provision of school-based incubator hubs and clubs for local community and student-led social and commercial enterprises through the Aldridge Creates model.
