Brighton’s new Academy open for business

The new Brighton Aldridge Community Academy in Falmer opened for business at the start of September. The Academy has introduced a new school uniform which was designed by the students themselves in a competition, and was worn proudly by everyone on the first day of term. The students also designed the Academy’s new logo.

And there are more exciting developments around the corner. The Academy’s new building is being constructed overlooking the existing school site, so students can see their new multi-million pound home being built in front of their eyes. The building work is being done at the same time as a new football stadium and new gym is being finished, bringing new benefits for the local community.
