Impact

We track growing aspirations; how confident the young people we support are in the employability and life skills they’re developing; and, ultimately, the brighter futures they achieve.

  • 57% of the 2022/23 Aldridge Junior Signature Art Prize finalists sold their artwork on the night of the final exhibition.

  • 100% of the 2021/22 Bright Futures participants increased their confidence and ability to communicate.

  • 86% of the young people who participated in our 2021/22 enterprise & entrepreneurship programme can now set goals and plan next steps.

Our theory of change

Inspire

Higher aspirations

Opening up a wider world view of possibilities, goals and dreams, so young people can aspire to better and achievable futures.

Skill

Transferable skills

Developing important employability and life skills (Aldridge Attributes), so young people are prepared for life after school.

Mobilise

Equal chances

Arming young people with experiences, resources, opportunities and a positive mindset, to give them an equal chance of achieving their dreams.

Equal futures

Outputs:

Creating the best chances for all the young people we support, to become bold, independent, confident individuals with the self awareness, empathy and communication skills they need to achieve the rewarding, productive lives they choose.

Outcomes:

Young people are more prepared for the future, are able to reach their potential and more likely to go onto further education and sustainable employment.
