Working at The Prince’s Trust, she successfully managed the implementation of a Rugby Partnership Programme, linking disadvantaged children – or those at risk of exclusion – to Premiership rugby teams in order to help them develop educational and social skills. This was through a mixture of learning and experiences alongside some of the top names in Rugby across the United Kingdom.

In 2009 Jennifer moved into the Early Years schools sector and now works as a nursery practitioner. Whilst working, she completed a degree in Early Years Education and Leadership at Kingston University.

As well as being passionate about education, as the daughter of Sir Rod, Jennifer also became a Trustee of the Foundation to support and represent the family.
