Sean O’Loughlin

Trustee

Newly joined as trustee in 2025 Sean brings a wide range of industry and sports experience working in senior roles across Tennis and Football for more than 20 years. He currently works as Chief Financial Officer for CAA Football.

Sean graduated from Loughborough University with a BA Hons in European Business.

He started his career with PwC, qualifying as a chartered accountant. He then worked in various industry roles for Esselte, Telewest and Compass Group before joining the All England Lawn Tennis Club (Wimbledon) as Financial Controller. Following this he worked for the ITF as Executive Director , Finance and Admin and then for 15 years as CFO of Fulham FC (8 years) and then Crystal Palace FC (7 years) before joining CAA Sports in 2025.
