Nick Clemens: Founder

After 21 years of coaching golf, I wanted a new challenge, but I wanted to stay in the world of sport. I decided to start Provision with Konrad in 2004 and the rest is history! I am so proud of how the company has grown and continues to grow. I have been lucky enough to travel the world representing Provision and have the most incredible memories of life and laughter on the road. My role has developed over the years and now I enjoy supporting the Business Development Team, driving the strategy and the overall running of the company.

Konrad Brochocki: Founder

After I finished coaching Golf I wanted to stay in the world of sport, so Nick and I decided to start Provision. In the early days I was out on the road building and running all of the events, I had some incredible experiences and met some of my golfing heroes! Now I oversee production and advise and support new members of the team.

Matt Lomasney: Managing Director

Before I joined Provision, I was Head of Production for Experiential Agency. I love working in events and have worked in several agencies and event companies since 2006 in a variety of roles.

I am proud of what we have achieved so far, and I am looking forward to seeing all of our talented and passionate team members fulfil theirs, and Provisions potential.

Albert Ellison: Designer

Since becoming a specialist 3D Visualiser in 2017 I have designed over 100 activations ranging from small pop-up ice cream shops, to fold out articulated lorry beer gardens and massive 20,000-person fan-zones. With a diverse digital skillset, I endeavour to bring my expertise as a Graphic Designer, Artworker, Motion Designer and 3D Visualiser into every project with a creative eye and an artist’s hand.

I work with the ethic that you should always be seeking to improve your professional ability, to hone your skills and broaden your knowledge. Over the years I have rapidly been able to improve not just the quality and fidelity of my work, but the creative process from initial brief to final delivery. At Provision it’s my responsibility to bring ideas to life, putting my years of expertise in the events and design sector to give clients the best possible project regardless of budget.

Sophie Colwell: Account Manager/Marketing

I worked in the Third Sector for a number of years heading up events and communications before joining Provision in 2019. I am now responsible for a portfolio of clients who operate roadshows in the UK and Europe. I work with our clients from the initial ideas phase, through to developing a brief, to delivering and then reporting post event.

In addition to the Account Management, I support the company with its Marketing.

Jack Mitchell: Production Executive

After finishing my degree, I spent some time gaining experience in a couple of events-based internships. I was lucky enough to interview and get the role with Provision, which has already taught me so much. I work within the production and client services team. This means I can be down in the warehouse testing and packing kit, and then working with an account manager on the background work to ensure all events run smoothly.

Gary Whelan: Director Client Services

Before joining Provision in 2020 I worked for a large agency called MKTG. I’ve had the privilege to work on some global campaigns – including the well know Coca Cola Christmas Truck!

At Provision I’m responsible for everything to do with our clients – I work with the team to develop briefs and ensure clients are kept up to date. I’m responsible for the strategic growth and direction of the business and work across all teams to support them to meet the needs of the organisation.
